It’s a well-thought out plot though a little far fetched at times, though it’s the well-written narrative that creates a page-turner. Laura Kennedy, Irish journalist hears of a deathbed confession of an ex-mercenary – he implicates someone in his past of murder. Tenacious Laura starts to ferret out information and alerts the trap set by baddie Daniel Trenet – murderer and thief, though now rich and needing to keep his reputation intact. He sends his assassin to find Laura – who by now has her company boss with her- and they rush about Europe closely watched and monitored until the decision is take to get rid of them.
